I led the UX practices for Microsoft BI and Content Development Team. I was further involved in designing and creating dashboards demos underscoring the use cases for company’s product xViz. Independently, I devised a Homeless data story as an attempt to showcase insights for the social cause. Also, I was leading the volunteering activities for the homeless and needed. I was recognized for my efforts in the company and was assigned as a UX Lead for future assignments.

I elicit and translate user requirements to create medium fidelity prototypes for billing processes. I devised a new feature for selective shift scheduling for WhenIWork based on user interviews and scenarios. I review UI designs and check for modularity and design principles and perform usability, A/B testing. I establish user journeys and storyboards from user research and heuristic task analysis.

I spearhead teams for research and analysis for designing websites for student engagement. I design and develop UX wireframes and prototypes for event promotion and advertising using Sketch, React JS, Marvel and Invision. I conduct user interviews and monitor observation to facilitate user research. I created responsive HTML/ CSS web pages for event management.

I collaborated with different teams to consolidate and analyze client needs and requirement documents. I charted KPI dashboard using Tableau representing analysis of region-wise retail sales to estimate key business metrics. I facilitated user testing, research and observation studies.

Performed user research and heuristic analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data. Developed interaction designs to enhance user experience. Coordinated with teams to conduct interviews, observations and formulate personas, scenarios for requirement gathering. Performed usability and A/B testing to improve interaction designs.

Created web pages for student organization activities and events. I was in charge of collaborating with various associations to extract needs and requirements. I managed several university- wide project interaction design teams.
